I have cultivated shasta daisies which are mutiplying like crazy thru an area which I want to make a lawn. How can I get rid of them. Will rototilling just make them multiply more or kill the root system
Doug says that tilling the shasta daisies will indeed kill most of them. You “may” find a few will survive (depending on how fine you chop them up with the tiller) but for the most part, they will not come back from the roots.
